Xial Furniturez aim to offer a satisfying and straightforward method of buying online.

By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use or access this website.

Registration

The personal information you provide when registering must be true, accurate, current and complete.
You must notify us of any changes immediately.

You must not impersonate any person or entity or use a false/unauthorized name.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless immediately on demand from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these conditions or misuse of this website.

Contract

Once payment has been received and we confirm acceptance by email, a legally binding contract is formed between us.

Price

Prices shown on the website are final.
All deliveries are free of charge (except Wales & Scotland – contact us for a quotation).

Taxes

All purchases within the UK include VAT at the current rate.

Product

We ensure colors, finishes, descriptions, and measurements are accurate, but slight variations may occur.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order up to the third working day from delivery.
  • ‘Made to order’ items cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • For stock items, you must inform us within 3 calendar days of receipt and return them within 14 calendar days at your own cost and risk.
  • Refunds will be re-credited within 14 calendar days of return (minus delivery costs).

We may cancel the contract if:

  • Insufficient stock
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Non-deliverable area

Delivery

  • Goods are delivered to the address provided.
  • You become the owner once delivered and paid in full.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only.
  • From delivery, all risks pass to the buyer.

Wales and Scotland Purchasing

  • We deliver to Wales twice a week (Thu & Sun) and Scotland twice a week (Tue & Fri).
  • All deliveries are free of charge.

Liability

  • We are not liable for items no longer required.
  • If items are wrong, damaged, or incorrect quantity, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Returns and Exchange Policy

⚠️ Only order if you are sure about the item and finish.

  • Ensure access through doors/stairwells before ordering.
  • Xial Furniturez is not responsible if the item does not fit.

Returns conditions:

  • Must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items showing use will be returned to purchaser.
  • Refund: credited within 14 calendar days (minus collection charges).
  • Faulty/damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

Notices

All notices must be in writing via email or Contact page.

Governing Law

This contract is governed by English law and subject to English court jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with prices, delivery, contact details, and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement.
