Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Xial Furniturez will deliver your order to the delivery address given at the time you place your order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, dependent on the lead time of the product.

Available stock is usually delivered within 3–7 days. You will become the owner of the goods once delivered and full payment has been received.

Delivery dates acknowledged by Xial Furniturez are non-binding estimates only. Estimated delivery dates will be considered accepted unless disagreement is notified in writing within 3 days of order placement.

Special delivery conditions requested by the buyer must be given in writing at the time of order placement. Additional conditions/charges may apply.

From delivery or placement into storage, all risks for the goods pass to the buyer.

For orders with multiple items: everything will be grouped together and delivered in one delivery once all items are ready.


Delivery Charges

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders to every address in England, Wales, and Scotland.

Your delivery will be carried out by Xial Furniturez’s own service or a reputable and established carriage company.


Taking Upstairs Service

  • All wardrobes are fully assembled and delivered to your bedroom on the 1st floor (if they fit through the doorway or stairwell).
  • For 2nd or 3rd floors, you must notify us before delivery.
  • Labour charge: £10 per 2-door wardrobe per floor.
    • Example: A 4-door wardrobe to 2nd floor = £20.
  • This payment is not to the company, but goes directly to the labourers.

Returns

  • Goods that are ‘made to order’ (special finishes or custom colors) cannot be returned.
  • If your order is damaged or defective, a replacement will be manufactured and delivered.

⚠️ PLEASE ONLY PLACE YOUR ORDER IF YOU ARE SURE THAT THE ITEM AND FINISH IS RIGHT FOR YOUR NEEDS.

  • You cannot change the order once production has started.
  • You must also check access into your property (doorways, stairwells, intended use area).
  • Xial Furniturez is not responsible if the item does not fit.

Returns of standard products (non-customized):

  • Contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of cancellation.
  • Product must be new, unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Used items will not be accepted.
  • Goods can be returned to our store, or we can arrange collection at your cost.

For large/fragile items, Xial Furniturez may require a specialist furniture handler for returns, with the cost passed to the customer.
If you book a collection date and fail to meet it, a transportation charge will apply each time.

Refunds: The value of returned items will be credited within 14 days (minus collection charges) once we receive them.

Damaged or faulty items:

  • Must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
  • No claims for replacements can be made after this period (manufacturer’s warranty applies afterwards).
  • Claims must be made via the Contact page.
